APS Level 6 – Secretariat Coordinator

These positions provide high level secretariat services to the Pricing Authority, key committees and working groups of IHACPA. This includes minute taking, distribution of meeting papers, logistical arrangements of meetings, managing multiple relationships with key stakeholders, and assisting with team tasks required for other work streams within the Office of the CEO section as required.

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join a highly motivated team from diverse backgrounds, who are driven by improving the accuracy and use of health information through principle and evidence-based healthcare classification development.

As a Classification Manager within the Acute Care Classifications section there is an opportunity to influence and lead the development of the national healthcare classifications. You will do this through provision of specialised knowledge and expertise in the use of ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS and a knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, AR-DRGs. You will work in collaboration with a team of motivated health professionals, in an agency that celebrates diversity and flexibility.

Department of Health and Aged Care - Temporary Employment Register 2023/2024
