Support at Home public consultations

Through our public consultations, we want to hear from as many voices as possible, including: 

• in-home providers and workers
• peak bodies, government departments and agencies
• in-home aged care participants and their families
• carers and representatives
• members of the public.

We use the feedback gathered through our public consultations to develop our annual pricing framework for the Support at Home service list. This ensures our pricing advice is informed by a broad range of stakeholders from the in-home aged care sector.
