Work program and corporate plan

Work program

IHACPA publishes an annual work program that outlines the agency’s objectives, activities and expected outcomes for the year ahead.

The activities in the work program are shaped through engagement with stakeholders, including the Pricing Authority, advisory committees, working groups and public consultation.

We release a draft work program for public consultation each year. Following consultation and approval from the Pricing Authority, we publish the final work program in June.

Corporate plan

IHACPA publishes a corporate plan each year. The plan outlines our operating context, including environment, capability, cooperation and collaboration, enterprise risk and performance measures.
