Work program

IHACPA publishes an annual work program that highlights the agency’s key objectives, activities and expected outcomes for the year ahead.

The activities in the work program are shaped through engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, including the Pricing Authority, advisory committees, working groups and public consultation.

We release a draft work program for public consultation each year. Following consultation, we publish the final work program.

Corporate plan

IHACPA publishes a corporate plan each year. The plan outlines our operating context, including environment, capability, cooperation and collaboration, enterprise risk and performance measures.
