This document provides guidance on the counting rules associated with Tier 2 for activity based funding purposes. It provides business rules and examples to assist with consistent counting, classification and reporting of non-admitted activity data at a national level.
IHACPA has not made any updates to the compendium for 2026–27. This means the Tier 2 Compendium 2024–25 remains in place.
