Refundable accommodation deposit application form

Registered providers are to use this form to apply for consideration for approval to charge a refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) (or equivalent daily amount) that is greater than the current maximum accommodation payment amount prescribed under the Aged Care Rules 2025.
Use the RAD application form to record the information for accommodation groups 1 – 6.
Use the supplementary form only to record information for accommodation group number 7 and onwards.

Email your application and all supporting information to applications.accommodation@ihacpa.gov.au.
