Data Compliance Policy

The Data Compliance Policy describes the process and criteria by which the Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority (IHACPA) will publicly report on compliance by jurisdictions with the data requirements and data submission dates specified in the current IHACPA Three Year Data Plan 2025-26 to 2027-28.
The purpose of this policy is to provide a published record of jurisdictional compliance. It does not capture the full data quality assurance process which is outlined in the IHACPA Data Quality Assurance Framework.
