The Management of Confidential Jurisdictional Information Protocol outlines the limited and prescribed purpose for which the Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority can collect and analyse confidential jurisdictional information and the processes and controls in place to prevent unauthorised access and disclosure to unauthorised parties.
This includes the processes and controls for requests, access, handling, use, classification, release, storage and disposal of the confidential jurisdictional information.
