This resource is a PowerPoint presentation that can be used for educational purposes related to the Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority’s (IHACPA) evidence-based approach to pricing advice for Australian aged care services. The resource is intended for stakeholders within the aged care sector, including organisations providing educational support on aged care pricing to their clients.
This resource has been used during presentations given by IHACPA at the 2025 Ageing Australia State Conferences. The PowerPoint presentation covers IHACPA’s role in aged care pricing and outlines the elements of costing, consultation and pricing methodologies that underpin IHACPA’s pricing advice.
