Communique - Evolution of the Care Economy Summit

On Wednesday 3 July 2024 the Menzies Centre for Health Policy and Economics at The University of Sydney in partnership with the Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority (IHACPA) hosted the Evolution of the Care Economy Summit.
This event brought together 450 thought leaders, policy makers, and industry professionals from the care economy across the health, aged care and disability sectors.
Delegates explored the future of Australia's care economy, with discussions centred on innovative approaches to aged care, health service delivery, and sustainable economic models for the sector.
